No one knows actually what this mysterious place in the middle of nowhere used to be. Supposedly it used to be a government facility to hold ammo of some sort, hence the wearhouse garage doors..but later was turned into a refugee holding camp, and then closed for the mistreatment of the people, supposedly those people's ghost are the ones roaming that location. Another thought is of it being a hospital or asylum of some sort.
